The Ledyard Farmers Market is a certified CT Grown market offering fresh, locally-grown foods and artisan wares. Each week, our curated vendors bring field-fresh produce, meats, cheeses, breads, ready to eat foods, and sweet treats for your table. Local artists bring handcrafted goods to grace you and your home. In addition, there is music, chef demonstrations, a pavilion with picnic tables, food trucks and free activities for the kids. The market is held on the Town Green in the center of Ledyard

Nathan Lester House:

Built in 1793, the Historic Nathan Lester House and Farm Tool Museum is situated on over a hundred acres of land owned by the Town of Ledyard, CT. Housing a collection of artifacts belonging to the Ledyard Historical Society, the house and barns are open to the public from Memorial Day through Labor Day or hike the beautiful trails!


Holmberg Orchards:

4th generation family farm featuring fruit picking, winery and cidery, year-round market and bakery and special events in Gales Ferry, CT.


Ledyard Up-Down Sawmill:

The historic Ledyard Up-Down Sawmill is the original water-powered sash sawmill located on the original site on Lee’s Brook in Ledyard, Connecticut.  Restored to operating condition in the 1970s and now staffed by volunteers, the mill is open to the public for sawing demonstrations on Saturday afternoons in the spring and fall.  There is no admission charge.
