In existence since 2009, the Goshen Farmers Market continues to grow and improve each year.

The market operates 22 weeks of the year. Vendors gather at Miranda Vineyard in the summer months and St Thomas Church in the winter, for the Holiday Markets!

Each market season provides fresh produce & entertainment suit for locals and tourists alike.

We always welcome new vendors, entertainment, sponsors and customers. So, browse the Goshen Farmers Market website and feel free to contact us with any questions.

Wright's Barn (Antiques/Indoor Flea Market)

Come see the historic Wright's barn. This former dairy barn was converted into a teenage dance club which served Litchfield County youth from 1965-1975. In 1980 John & Millie Wright opened the flea market and soon expanded to include a second floor.

Now managed by Jim Wright, the flea market has over 40 spaces available with many dealers occupying multiple spaces. Currently 20 dealers have been at the barn from 2 to 20 years. Other dealers may come from week-to-week and all vendors constantly display new items.

Vendors tend to specialize in various antiques and collectibles uncluding: furniture, jewelry, paper goods, books, china and glassware; Victorian-style artwork and furniture. Find tools, garden implements, reproduction period pieces from the 20's-60's.

Mohawk Bison, established by owner Peter Fay in 2007 on his families former dairy farm, is settled on the outskirts of Goshen, CT located in the scenic hills of Litchfield County. Preserving his ancestors’ dedication to quality and sustainability, Peter strives to farm in a manner that provides balance between the animals and the land.  

 

Keeping in harmony with the bison's natural genetic make-up, they are fed the way they are accustomed to, enjoying the open fields of their 60 acre farm. They are never subjected to questionable drugs, chemicals or hormones.
